If you are a licensed business with at least one physical retail location and would like to stock Qi Formularie products, please begin by creating an account below, selecting the ‘Retailer’ option.

We may email you for additional information.

Once approved, you will be able to view and place orders per stockists’ terms.

The minimum initial total order is $200USD.

Subsequent orders of at least $125 are shipped within the US free of charge. Smaller orders incur a flat shipping fee.

Please note we do not authorize sale of our products on third-party sites such as Amazon, eBay, etsy, etc. Online sales must be via your own business website only.
